With over three years of experience in legal documentation, Emily Truscott has developed a strong reputation for precision, organization, and compassionate client service. She specializes in divorce intakes, guiding clients through the initial steps of their case and preparing complete, well-organized files for the attorney and assigned paralegal—ensuring each matter starts on the strongest possible footing.

Emily is dedicated to continuous professional growth. She holds a certification from edX’s HarvardX HLS2x Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract course, taught by Professor Charles Fried of Harvard Law School, and is nearing completion of her Paralegal Career Diploma through Penn Foster.

In addition to her legal work, Emily contributes to the firm’s marketing and client coordination efforts, drawing on her background in English—where she graduated with honors—and her creative training from art school to bring both precision and innovation to her role.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys life on their ranch in Winder, where she and her husband care for their children. They enjoy traveling and the outdoors making memories as a family.
